Blogger is great.
I've been a fan since before Google acquired them. This blog was originally meant to be a place for us to blog about the knowledge network we have been building on and off over the last year.
Today sees the first 'real' post on this blog, due largely to the fact that we have been devoting our time to building the most usable and useful site we could.
In anycase, we have removed the robots.txt that effectively ahs been telling Google, Yahoo and other search spiders to leave our site alone while we build stable code locked away in our dark basement. The later is not really true - this project has been built on a journey (not the first) around the world starting in New Zealand and moving to Singapore, Thailand, Germany
, back to Singapore, Rarotonga and back to New Zealand.
The reason for telling the search engines not to look in our site, is that we didn't want anyone to see it before it was ready. Well, it's nearly ready, and that's good enough to get some feedback.
So, in removing this single file we allow the world to find us and interact with what we have created. Though it is only a very brief glimpse of the final full-featured service on our road map, we think it should be useful to a bunch of people looking for good knowledge (non commercialized) from great authors and experts in a select range of subjects that are part of our everyday life.
Our goal: To connect you with experts that can help you with everyday life.
We call these experts the Askables, our knowledge superheros.
Take a look and give us your feedback if you will.

Enjoy.
